TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

WARNING:
Oval Solutions, LLC cannot take responsibility for the contents of your computer's hard disk(s).
Regular hard disk backups are an important part of responsible computer ownership. Oval Solutions, LLC assume that, prior to submitting your system for repair -- no matter what the problem -- you have taken the precaution of performing a backup of your computer's hard disk. In the event that you have not done so, please let us know immediately and Oval Solutions, LLC can backup your hard disk for you as part of the repair service and at our standard rate.
Phone/E-Mail Support & Consulting
Phone and e-mail conversations may be billable if support/consultation is given and/or research is performed to answer a question(s).
Warranty
Oval Solutions, LLC warranty our labor for 15 days following any repair. There is no warranty from Oval Solutions, LLC on parts. Manufacture warranty applies. If problems related to the original repair recur during the warranty period, the labor cost is at the expense of Oval Solutions, LLC. However, if the technician looks at your computer in the event of a warranty claim and there are no such problems, you will be charged at the standard rate. If the problem that recurs is do, in part or in full, to destructive actions by anyone other than Oval Solutions, LLC, you will be billed for our time at the standard rate.
Any replacement parts you provide that have been installed by us are not warranted by Oval Solutions, LLC.
Pick-up & Delivery
Oval Solutions, LLC can arrange for equipment delivery or pick-up to and from Oval Solutions, LLC for a fee.
Payment
Oval Solutions, LLC accepts Check, Money Order, PayPal, Cashier’s Check and Cash. If other payment agreements need to be arranged please call our office at (517) 902-7851. Failure to pay at the time of service will result in a $100.00 charge being added to your account unless a prior arrangement has been made. In case of denial of payment, Oval Solutions, LLC will take action provided by law.
Equipment Pick Up
Please be aware that Oval Solutions, LLC has a limited amount of space for storage, and as a result can not hold onto equipment longer than 30 days. If you do not pick up your equipment within 30 days from the completion of the work requested it will be sent away for recycling. Oval Solutions, LLC will do our best to contact customers by phone and/or email, but in the event Oval Solutions, LLC is not able to reach you, it is your responsibility to retrieve your equipment in a reasonable period of time. Oval Solutions, LLC can deliver your equipment to you for a fee upon request.

Customer hereby assumes all risk of loss of data from any and all causes or in any way related to or resulting from the sales, repair or service by Oval Solutions, LLC.

Customer hereby releases Oval Solutions, LLC from any claim or liability related to any loss of data. Please be sure you take or have backed up your data before purchasing our services. Oval Solutions, LLC makes our self very clear here that if you have important data in your computer make sure that you take a backup of your data before shipping / dropping off computer at our location for services / or before scheduling pick up from your place / or having Oval Solutions, LLC perform the sales, repair or any other service onsite at your location.
Oval Solutions, LLC may recommend reformatting your hard drive and reloading your operating system (i.e. Windows). In those cases, Oval Solutions, LLC will do our best to backup your data, load the operating system licensed to you, and load your system drivers and core Internet applications. Oval Solutions, LLC will only perform a backup on your system with your consent. Backups are never free and the time it takes to perform the backup will be billed to you at our hourly rate.
Oval Solutions, LLC care about customer's privacy and Oval Solutions, LLC does not disclose or discuss service orders / invoices with anyone other than the customer signed without verbal or written consent.

Oval Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for any items left over 30 days from the date of the service request. Customer should or arrange his own pick up from the office with in 30 days from the date of the service request and should present proof of identification.

If Oval Solutions, LLC has ordered a part for you, payment is due at the time of order. In case of denial of payment, Oval Solutions, LLC will take action provided by law.

Oval Solutions, LLC doesn’t except wrongly ordered parts back. So be sure you check compatibility before ordering. If Oval Solutions, LLC orders a part not requested by the customer, we will accept the return of that item.

Service requests are performed on a first come, first served basis and Oval Solutions, LLC does not promise any turn around repair time. Repair Service depends upon arrival of ordered products and current schedule. Oval Solutions, LLC will try to complete our service orders as fast as possible. If Oval Solutions, LLC have ordered parts for you, shipping might take 1-15 business days or more depending upon availability of parts and demand. Oval Solutions, LLC is not responsible for shipping mishandling & shipping time. Oval Solutions, LLC does not promise any fast shipping. If customer feels that shipping time is very crucial, customer should arrange his/her own shipping and customer should deal with shipping companies by his/her own.

Customer has to deal with Manufacturer on his/her own for any DOA (dead on arrival) parts. Payment in full for the part is still due to Oval Solutions, LLC. Oval Solutions, LLC will assist with this with selected vendors.

Used or Refurbished products are not covered in any warranty by Oval Solutions, LLC and Oval Solutions, LLC does not accept any returns for used items. They are sold in as-is condition.

Used/Refurbished/Pulled products might have Oval Solutions, LLC tear marks or scratches. They are sold “AS IS ". Oval Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any marks or scratches within normal service / repair of the item.

Copy of invoice/service order/receipt must be presented when an item is returned. Oval Solutions, LLC won’t be able to except merchandise back with out receipt.

Returned items must be packed in its original boxes with all accessories and manuals included. Also final approval is contingent upon receipt and inspection of returned items, which must be received, in undamaged and good condition.

Our Technicians will test products returned as defective. There will be a $60.00 charge for testing products with no defects.

Be sure you understand the status of any warranties your product(s) may have as Oval Solutions, LLC is not responsible for voiding any warranties on any item serviced or repaired.

RMA Number(s) must be written on each carton returned to carrier, all claims for shortage or damage goods must be made within three days after receipt of shipment.

RMA Numbers given are good for 7 Days only. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Shipping and Handling charges will be deducted from any credits or refunds or returns.

Service charges are not refundable. If Oval Solutions, LLC have provided you estimated charges in verbal or written communication and incase actual repair charges varies from estimated charges and you don't want to proceed for services or repairs, you must pay all current service charges up to that point. In case of denial of service charges. Oval Solutions, LLC will take actions provided by law.

Oval Solutions, LLC does not offer any free services.

Oval Solutions, LLC won’t perform any in store services in front of customers on flat rate basis. If you feel that you are more confident when technician performs services in front of you please make sure that charges will be based on hourly rate and onsite at your location. How-to’s with regards to general computer maintenance and/or software usage are available at our onsite hourly rate.

Minimum time period charged will be one hour in addition to any travel fee / pickup / drop off charges. After one hour, time will be rounded up to the nearest half hour.

No Returns for Software.

Oval Solutions, LLC will not be responsible for loss or Damage caused by fire, theft, testing or any other causes beyond our control including acts of war and acts of God, or misuse. Oval Solutions, LLC are not responsible for any data lose due to anything.

Minimum charge for an onsite service call is $85.00 If you call us and we come out, you will be responsible for paying at least $85.00. Scheduled appointments MUST be cancelled at least 8 hours before the appointment.

Minimum charge for Oval Solutions, LLC to look at your computer and attempt to diagnose the problem offsite is $40.00 plus any applicable pickup / drop off fees.

This agreement shall remain valid, until/unless a new agreement is signed and dated. If at any time you wish to cancel this agreement, please submit your request in writing and call to cancel any scheduled service/repair calls.
If you agree to all of the terms and conditions on all three pages and the prices above and commit to making payment for services rendered at the time of service and wish Oval Solutions, LLC to perform service or repair for you now or in the future, please check the box below, fill out the form and submit it.
