SolidShops is one of the newest e-commerce platforms available. The creators of SolidShops were so frustrated with the complexity of other e-commerce platforms that they built something new, from the ground up. By far, this is the easiest to manage e-commerce platform available today. For e-commerce sites with less than 10,000 products, this is platform we recommend for you.

PayPal can be utilized as a more affordable solution to selling products or services online. At only $29 per item to set up, it makes it easy and convenient for anyone to become an online merchant.

Content Management System

CMS - Simple ($200 Setup / $200 Year)
With its easy to use interface, our hosted Content Management System is the easiest way for our clients to make changes to the website. This can be used to update a list of new or upcoming events, as well as make changes to the text throughout the website as needed. This CMS supports uploading and placing images on the pages throughout your website and even features a built in photo editor. Making changes to a web page is as easy as making changes to a Microsoft Word document.


Photo Album
Lightbox Photo Album (Free)
The Lightbox feature is one of the popular functions ever created for the web. It will let you display your photo gallery with animation. This feature takes your photos, regardless of size, and enlarges them when the visitor clicks on the image.

This is simply the number of pictures you want in your photo album when your website launches.

Time Frame to Complete Website
Standard Time Frame (FREE)
Depending on which graphic design package you choose and the number of pages your site will have, the timeframe to complete your site will vary. Here is a rough break down:

  • 5 Page Solo Package - 3-4 weeks
  • 10 Page Economy Package - 4-5 weeks
  • 20 Page Business Package - 6-8 weeks
  • E-Commerce Package - 8-12 weeks

If you need your website completed in a shorter time frame, you may purchase the Rush Service option. The rush service option will reduce the time frame for your site completion by about 30%.
Rush Service ($1000)
The Rush Service option will cut down the time frame to complete your site by about 30%. We put our staff into overdrive in this situation working evenings and weekends to make sure your site is designed, coded, and saturated with content as quickly as humanly possible without sacraficing quality.

Extras
Quote Request Form -- Number of Input Fields ($10/field)
The Quote Request Form will allow your visitors to fill out a customized form that when submitted, will be e-mailed to an e-mail account of your choice. If you need more than one Quote Request Form, add up all of the fields of all of the forms and enter that number in the drop down box.

Select this feature if you want an employment application, membership application or other type of form on your website. If you need more than one Application/Membership/Etc. Form, add up all of the fields of all of the forms and enter that number in the drop down box.

Embed Existing Video -- Number of Videos ($50/each)
If your videos are already in Internet compatible format and are fully optimized, then you don't need to select this option. If you have videos that need to be optimized for the web or converted to a supported format, please select the number of videos in the drop down menu.
Photography Service (Starting at $300)
Custom E-Newsletter Template set up with Vertical Response ($800)
One of the most effective ways to utilize your website after it has been launched is to develop a regular e-newsletter campaign. Send information articles to your existing and potential customers for as little as one penny per e-mail address. A much more affordable solution than mass mailing. Collect e-mail addresses by offering a drawing for a gift certificate. It's that easy! Once you send an e-newsletter to your list, you will be able to track exactly who clicked on what links in your e-newsletter. Leads don't get much more qualified than this!

The charge for this service includes creating a customized e-newsletter template to match your new website. We will set up the template with either Vertical Response or Constant Contact. Then, it's only $30 per newsletter to have us insert your content and send it. Easy, Effective, Affordable.
Copywriting Service ($200/page) - Number of Pages
One thing that often times prevents a business owner from taking the initiative to redesign or create a website for their business is the time it takes to write all of the content for the site. In conjunction with a local partner company, we are able to offer professional copywriting service. Just meet with our experts for about one hour and then leave it up to us to generate exciting, clean, and focused content for your website.
Forum - Includes installation and setup ($1000)
A forum provides an interactive place for members to share thoughts, ideas, and information. Forums are often used on club type of websites for easy communication between members (and visitors if you choose).
Logo Design - up to 3 proofs ($350)
Random Image Script ($100)
This feature is used to display random images or testimonials through out the site. To see this in action, watch our random testimonial at the bottom of the right hand column of our website.
Accept Donations - Requires PayPal Account ($250)
Commonly used for non-profit organizations or websites which offer free products/services and need a way to support themselves.

Blog - WordPress with custom design ($1000)
Blogs are used almost like a public journal or diary. With an easy to use backend administration interface, anyone can quickly and easily post messages to their blog. Blogs can allow others to comment on the author's posts. Post thoughts, short stories, pictures, and more! We install and configure WordPress blog software and then customize the template to fit your site. Here is an example of a custom blog templates we created.

Password Protected Page ($100)
Want to restrict access to certain areas of your website with a username and password? This is the option for you. We will create up to 10 user accounts to protect an area of your website. More user accounts can be added for a nominal fee.
Poll ($350)
Select this option to purchase a poll for your website. This poll can be placed anywhere on your site and will record and display the results. This is a nice feature to have since it encourages interaction with your website and if you change it often, it will give your visitors a reason to come back!

Put a video spokesperson on your website to create the ultimate "WOW" effect. Choose from a variety of real person models which will customize their clothing, script, and personality to your product or service.

Calendar - Customized Embedded Google Calendar ($250)
If you are already using Google Calendar and want to integrate that into your website, we give you that option here. We can actually embed your Google Calendar right into your own website. To make changes to it, simply log into your Google Calendar account and make the change there. It will show up immediately on your website!
Search Box to Search Your Website ($500)
Have a large site or a lot of content that you want to have searchable? Choose this option and we will put a search box on your website that will produce a list of results based on relevancy.


Search Engine Optimization
Search Engine Submission - Google, Yahoo, MSN ($150)
Get noticed on the Internet! Instead of waiting for the search engines to find you, select this option to let them know about you. We will submit your website upon completion to the top three search engines, which account for over 95% of all web searches.
Google AdWords ($200)
We will put together a comprehensive strategy and analysis of your site. We pull an extensive keyword list that your audience is using to find similar products or services. We then optimize the various areas of your websites pages using these keywords in order for the search engines to actually find you.

Hosting / Domain Name
I already have hosting
If you have already purchased a hosting plan, we can place your site there, however, we do not support other servers and can't offer free server support. If we run into problems as a result of an untraditional hosting account, there may be additional charges at $60.00/hour. Oval Solutions offers the best value of any hosting company with our annual hosting plan.
Monthly Hosting Plan ($40/month, 3 month minimum)
While we recommend our Annual Hosting Plan, if you're on a tight budget and just need to get online, we do offer a monthly hosting plan with only a 3 month commitment.
Annual Hosting Plan with support ($200/year)
Our Annual Hosting Plan offers the best value. We are the only web design company in the area that offers free e-mail support with your hosting plan. That's right. It's included at no extra cost. This prevents unexpected charges due to e-mail account setup/removal and troubleshooting relating to e-mail issues. We'll even help you get your e-mail accounts set up with Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, Outlook and more. Take your choice of POP, IMAP, or Forwarding Accounts.

We are also the only web design company in the area to offer unlimited bandwidth and storage with your hosting account. No more worrying about overage charges as a result of an increase in traffic to your website.

Purchase a domain name of your choice. You can register any name not already registered with a suffix of .com, .net, .org, .us, and many more! You can register a domain name for up to 10 years at a time.
Second Domain Name - # of Years ($20/year)
Purchase a second domain name to diversify your business. Both names can point to the same website. You can register a second domain name for up to 10 years at a time.

Third Domain Name - # of Years ($20/year)
Purchase a Third domain name to diversify your business. Both names can point to the same website. You can register a Third domain name for up to 10 years at a time.

Analytics Visitor Tracking Software
Google Analytics is included in all of our websites at no extra charge. This software gives you the tracking information you need to maximize the potential of your website. With an easy to use interface, you can quickly and easily get the reports you need and identify trends which will assist your other marketing efforts.

Site Map Page
As an available free add-on, a site map page will allow your visitors to see a snapshot of the layout of your website.
Favicon
A favicon is usually your logo, albeit a tiny one. It sits up next to the URL bar in your Internet browser. When someone bookmarks/favorites your website, this icon/logo will show up next to it making it easier for your visitors to find your website amongst all of the other ones they have saved!
